Frankly, I did not use any kind of AV software for a lot of time (years). Suspicious just because these so called viruses were named. ... No offense or negative... forget it ... and thanks for clearing my mind.

I understand why he did it, since there's lots of nerves surrounding anything R2R related, and suggesting there could be a virus in their releases could be seen as impugning their integrity. But I know you didn't mean anything by it so I nullified his downvote. Take care buddy.

It is possible Olymoon! ... It took me some time to find out how though ... In Mac you should (1) arm track (2) click record button in the transport (as usual) AND (3) the play button TOO (either by clicking the play button in the transport or using the space bar in the keyboard), then you can start recording your wonderful MIDI tunes (most probably in Windows will be the same) ...

Thanks a lot for the answer Fraggle83. I've done just that but the DAW does not start.
Any way it's good to know for sure it's possible. (I started thinking that it was only possible as step recording) so I will investigate and try to find out why it does not start.

I've just installed Mixbus3 in a Parallels Virtual Box with WinXP in my Mac and it does work as i've said ... Maybe if you uninstall and re-install it will work, don't know

i tried to find on forum of harrison, but don cant find nothing aobut....its some bug fixed? or imporvemt? the before version, keygens works perfecto for me NO porblema at ALL. but harrisom have/had som issus bugs ´´crashins´´ when i do a automatization of 3er plguins, and especially with AMPLITUBE 3 . (THEY DONT pan HARD LEFT 100%) you NEED to use som chainer.

Harrison Mixbus 3 Changes 3.0 build 1610 -> 3.0 build 1970:

Interim build 1970 includes over 1,000 changes since the initial 3.0 release. A selection of notable changes is listed below:

Windows-specific fixes:
- Fixed VST "PinConnected" feature; this fixes Plugin Alliance and probably other plugins that weren't processing audio.
- Improved the accuracy of DSP% calculation by catching short "peaks" caused by operating-system latency (readings will be higher than before)

Mac OSX-specific fixes:
- Fixed AudioUnit port counting - this fixes a crash bug in NI Reaktor5, and probably others
- Solved a problem with non-english accented characters which would cause following tracks and buses to be invisible.

General fixes:
- Fixed a crash when reordering tracks that was introduced in interim 1610
- Tweaked scroll-wheel sensitivity for channelstrip knobs
- Added columns for audio file format and date to the Recent Sessions list
- Allow snapshots to display update time, and be sorted by date
- When moving a region up/down in layers, the change was not immediately audible; this has been fixed.
- Several fixes and improvements to "Silence detection"
- Tweaked some Group-creation and group management UI elements to be more consistent.
- Tweaked the Import and Audio Setup dialog to avoid ambiguous "OK" buttons
- Prevent "deactivate all" from affecting the channelstrip EQ and compressor; this fixes a problem where compressor gain redux is stuck showing "all red" and does not work.
- Several fixes for copy/pasted midi-notes
- Several fixes for re-rendering the waveform views in the background when they are missing or corrupted.
- Fixed approximately 100 small crashing, freezing and minor bugs that were reported by users.

Thanks so much Sunny & R2R!!! I have been loving using this for summing.. Has a different feel than NLS and much quicker when I don't have the time for Nebula. Was having a problem with certain plugins messing with the stereo image, but I fixed that by just using BC Patchworks instead of loading plugins within HMB. Thank you again for allowing me to try this great software out!

Hey All...I'm having a problem licensing the Plugins on windows 8.1 pro 64 ?
Mixbus 3 is licensed but the plugins remain unlicensed ?

hi put de .TXT = in the exact plase were you plase de license .txt

means :
5.Put *.txt licenses.

Windows : %USERPROFILE% (C:\Users\(User Name))

if you means, the plug-ins *other ROBIN GAREUS, plug-ins, THIS are not register, they dont have serial.
but the NATIVE, plug-ins of harrison mixbus 3, are all on .txt like says on 5 step.
all working perfect, here better than de old version, but still having crashes :( = for now the best ESTAvEL daw, its PRESONUS :)

all plugs are working now but I can tell the program is a bit buggy..will try it out tho..
