A classic vowel/formant filter VST plugin with two separate multi-vowel-filters. The filters can re-produce the 5 vowels (a, e, i, o, u). This ancient but golden plugin was created by JS (Jerome Schmitt) in 1998 and still have made it ways into several EDM and dubstep tracks in this century. It is also included in Reaper.

This isn't the one that comes with Reaper....at least not any recent version and from what your photo shows. Js Humanizer in Reaper is a MIDI plug....and has no settings for resonance, vowels, etc.
That being said, thanks for posting. I plan to check this out because it DOES look interesting. I only mentioned the above so Reaper users don't just pass this by, thinking they already have it.
