SpinAudio Roomverb M2 DX VST v2.3 build 210 WIN-NEMESiS screenshot
NEMESiS | WiN
RoomVerb M2 is new SpinAudio reverb designed to deliver top-quality
reverberation into native sound processing platform. It is based on
Virtual Room Acoustic modeling technique that allows to simulate various
acoustic spaces from small bath rooms to huge open spaces using a single
set of parameters.

Roomverb M2 produces naturally sounding reverberation, however you are
not limited to it - you can create acoustic spaces that will sound
completely artificial.

The plug-in is perfectly suited for any type of audio production when
acoustic space simulation is needed from music recording to post
production.

RoomVerb M2 has easy-to-use user interface based on skins technology.
This means that plugin graphic, control types used to tune parameters,
their placement is not hardcoded inside the plugin. Instead, it's
defined in a special set of files called a skin. So you can switch
between different skins. The alternative skins are posted in the skins
section of the web site and can be downloaded and installed in addition
to default skin shipped with the RoomVerb M2.

The plugin offers a flexible preset management system. It supports
native presets (VST, DX, AU), and format independent: file presets and
preset banks.

File presets allow to save plugin preset as file so that it can be
transferred to other computer and bank presets are used to organize
your presets in banks for easy and instant access.

To ease comparing adjustments made by plugin controls to the sound you
can use A/B setup switch and copy buttons located on the plugin menu
strip.

from the times of nemesis releases...
quite capable, flexible, in all what it is intended to do...
liked its early reflections, very usable, in some general genre independent manner...
nowadays, with the present hardware, one can use fifty or more instances of it if needed...

wish the requester most happy using...

Here's what I dont get... I ended up finding this release yesterday, somewhere w/in the depths of the net... same exact release (v2.3); but, the gui doesn't look like that (although maybe I have to change some view options, but not sure yet). Can anyone else confirm that the image up top is from the same v2.3? I like that interface better.

W/ mine, early reflects, late reflects, presets, and room all have their own tab... could be just a different skin though; it appears that this release only comes with default skin... if it is skin-related, anyone know where other skins can be found?

P.S. either way, I am very happy to have this plug : )

can not seem to remember any other skin that what there is with the release, so be sure, that is the one you need, also can not seem to remember ever seeing the one on the top, it is from, perhaps, one earlier version of the plug-in...

keep up enjoying it (sure you will) without doubts...

I have 2 general questions...

1) the + ratings on our posts... the ones to the right (next to status, registered, comments; what does that mean, and how does the number change?

2) up above, just under the audioz mirror peeplink, there is (as of right now) a +9 and "Vote Up" or "Vote Down".... what is that?.. a way for members to rate releases?.. if so, then how or when does it affect what's on this website?

I remember Spinaudio's Roomverb M2 when it was just released (2003-2005). It didn't move me back then, but the company has been updating this toy ever since. I've seen v2.3 build 210 versions going back to 2010 (even earlier). Maybe this should on the archive section.

By the way, Spinaudio also made a series of skins for Roomverb M2, which were available on their website - now dead and gone. It'll be great if someone could upload them to AZ.

Thnks cnt :)

Is this x64?

Not sure but it can always be bridged with jBridge. Unless of course like me and want to use the 4.1.8 of Soundtoys in which case you're pretty much boned.

Yes Catalyst, but in the way I do, there is enough choice to work with x64 only plugs, unless the plugin is really exceptional.

Yeah you're right, I try to avoid them like the plague since I moved to 64 bit. It sucks that we only have x86 of some of the best stuff like Lexicon, SSL and a few others. I'm so upset some things didn't make the transition like my beloved Soundtoys. Yes there is 4.0.2 that can be bridged but it has a stupid GUI bug where you can't see the value of the controls during automation.

Totally agree about Lexicon and sound toys. Even though, depending of the daw your using, they may work better. With Samplitude, there is no problem with bridged plugs.
Within Reaper it's more complex, and with Ableton it's close to impossible.

I'm using Studio One at the moment and hoping to add BitWig if they don't include crazy copy protection. Lexicon I've bridged no problem but Soundtoys isn't working. I believe that it may even work but it might be due to the fact that iLok changed the drivers recently. I would like to do a test with older drivers to see if this could solve the problem. And somehow it doesn't come as a surprise that Ableton has problems with the basics.

Boy thats too bad, I finally broke-down and bought the whole Soundtoys Native pack... YEEE-HAAWWW!! (old american cowboy line)...

anyways, I bridged Roomverb M2 w/ J-Bridge. DEspite some annoying digital-noise when changing parameters during playback (which does kinda suck) it works great. I dont' know bout anyone else but... I love this thing.

I made a request for skins on a certain audio production enthusiast website, but, no one is "biting" yet

SpinAudio Roomverb was highly regarded when it came out because it was at the time the best reverb for using on percussive sounds it didn't have that annoying tonal ring like most reverbs.

That ring test still stands today, not many software reverbs pass it.
