I already told you last time that we don't allow OSX comments here. Read our rules! Comments are open to discuss the release not beg for other platforms.

@adj! You're relatively new here and we appreciate the fact that you're part of AudioZ. If the OSX version is available (i.e. it's within the framework of R2R's releases) , it'll be out in due time. So there is no point to beg for it - and much less in the Win section. Why risk the danger of being suspended or banned? Read the rules like Catalyst said and we all gonna get along fine. Cheers.

Does it sound a bit too shiny?
or is it just me?

This is the first time I decided to give it a whirl finally. I find the factory presets kinda flat sounding and drowning in FX. Yeah, you could say "too shiny". Mute all the FX first, especially reverb and all the distortion/saturation stuff and program some of your own sounds either from scratch or from the presets. It sounds very good, to say the least. I'm just wondering if it's 139 euro good or not, though. I'm getting some pretty unique and great sounding shit here... :) Oscillators and modulation matrix are so versatile. I'm just not too fond of how the filters sound [Scorpio is quite good], but it could be much worse than this. EQ is pretty interesting and modulatable, too... and I don't think I ever thought of using any VST instrument's EQ and that it sounded good. I just turn off all the FX and make raw sounds and use better plugins for FX usually.

first time too, with astonished mirthful glee on me facement...
those correction modes (warm, soft) are working with very exactly placed impact, are affecting the sound in the audible spectrum in the best possible ways (for my ears, with my system, in my room), excellent...
phew, have to hurry back to experiment with it...

until finding some more outstanding things to mention, all the best...

late night edit, SineWave already summed up everything perfectly, so have to add only one thing, from now on, this synthesiser will be one of my go to instruments (instead of three, there will be four of them)...

Tweaked it for the first time as well, and I must say its a sound designer's synth.
Possibilities are huge if not endless.
The midrange sounded just a bit harsh to my ears. Top and bottom is very clear.
Overall a very good synth.
No wonder Catalyst is fapping it furiously..

Yeah and that new Scorpio filter is really something. Had a play around today and you can really coax some nice sounds out of that baby. Now they also use Envelope 3 as a filter envelope by default so you don't have to map it every time which is a small but needed addition. Overall it's a really impressive synth especially considering the price point, one I find I could use for just about anything. Xsze was making a whole track using only that synth. I think over time it will really come into it's own, this is just the beginning and its already managed to bring something fresh to the table. Excited about what the future holds for Reveal Sound.

Why even bother saying that when there are alternative links available from RBolvari?
