Does anybody has an idea for a measurement microphone that is not to expenissive and will work with this?

Oh this is an old topic you have to use the bundled mic as the software is coded to calibrate to the specs of the bundled mic.
With another mic it calculates the room wrong.
I have search for mic with the same specs and only find one that was close but it was only close it did not have the same specs.

I really like, I use a behringer mic BCM8000 (40 €) and the results are very good. Any Improving acoustics.

Thans a lot for your answer.
So it is possible to use the plugin with the Behringer BCM8000 and you get good results? The problem I see is just that the plugin is obviously optimized for the mic that is shipped with the bundle, so to use another mic would just give a bad result and would make it even worse, because the plugin will get wrong data from the mic.
Or would you say, the results are also helpful event with the Behringer mic?

I haven't read the IK specs on their site, but wouldn't it be an educated assumption that all measurement mics all over the world should be as linear as can be? I mean it doesn't really make sense to put out a measurement mic with a 10k nose, unless IK does it to force their customers to buy the bundle as a sort of copy protection. But in general all measurement mics should be exactly the same, shouldn't they?
Or am I deluded and "heavy on the wood way" as a stupid german politician once used to say?

ARC is able to improve listening with any measurement microphone. There are many forums that talk about it. It is also true that there are some variations in the upper part of the record, we're talking 1 or 2 dbs. ARC improves the better the acoustics of your studio, obviously, but always improving. Ideally you to experiment with this soft and if is good for you now you can support to developer.

The reg process ask us to save an html file that we should open up to see the DigitalID. The html file when opened while offline it is an empty page. Where is the DigitalID???
