I would advise you to use a Behringer ECM8000 mic. It costs about 35-40 pounds. And I think it's the same (or at least very similar) type/model that IK Multimedia is shipping with the software (allthought the one in the package wouldn't say "Behringer"). It is however important to use a similar mic to the one that they have calibrated the system for, otherwise you'd get the wrong readings of the room. And therefore apply wrong corrections. Maybe even making it worse....
