Acustica Audio Nebula 3 Pro 1.3.505 VST x86 x64 screenshot
Nebula 3 Pro | September 30, 2012 | 17MB/21MB
Nebula emulates the character and personality of analog hardware with exacting accuracy. Whether it is high end outboard equalizers, classic compressors, the latest reverbs, or vintage time-variant effects like phasers and flangers, Nebula3 has them all. With over 400 included presets, you'll be adding the warmth of analog to your digital mixes in no time at all.

NOTE
This is the unregistered full version of Nebula 3 Pro.

Limitation of being unregistered
It can load 3rd party commercial libraries, but not the libraries provided from Acustica Audio (ser file needs to be registered through Acustica Audio to use those. Maybe some can crack or make a keygen for that)

*raises eyebrow*

Even aside from the fact that it's unregistered, what's the proverbial catch?

And isn't this thing supposed to have a colossal filesize?

Thanks also for this upload...maybe it will get hit. Hope to see a nice version of this one.

No good deal then. You just did a regular install? And it Registered?

Ummmm, ok, I just installed this and, while installing, it said this was a "Registered version." I thought it wasn't registered. AND, now that I've just loaded it into my DAW, it shows that it is "Registered." Am I supposed to keep this a secret or something?

LOL. Please share....its for the future.

@ Remixchampion,

its a waste of time download this nebular everytime u drag de slider up it come back down..

It depends... I mean, it could be a "waste of time" for those that don't know how to use it, and that don't have the needed Libraries to make it working properly !

"u drag de slider up it come back... "

Of course it comes back ! If you don't have any Presets (Libraries) loaded within it, what do you want to get with a slider non assigned to a particular setting !
By the way, even when you have a certain loaded Preset, it can happen that some sliders are inoperative, but this is due to the fact that the settings
of the loaded Preset only rely on 2-3 sliders, in place of the 8 available
(as depicted in the provided image).
For you to understand, within the provided image (head up of this article), the loaded Preset only uses the 'Sliders 1, 2, 6 & 7' for setting its values.

Some users really need to be aware, either through all the info, features, specifications,.... available within the Official Website, or by reading some reviews done on some specialized audio forums about this application,
its specifications and its functioning...

This Plug-In (Application) is close to some 'Convolution Engines' available among others developers, in the sense that it relies on 'Impulse Responses', but with the BIG difference that it can load and process
the 'Impulse Responses' of almost any available 'Hardware Units',
whereas some of these 'ordinary' Convolution Engines can only handle Reverb Impulses, Cabinets Impulses,...

A really Great piece of gear, really impressive and revolutionary.
The only drawback for some users can be the price of these 'external'
(third-party) Libraries, that must to be bought separately...

I just registered to say this:
Thank you very, very, very much!

There are plenty of free libraries to use with this and all of them wouldn't work with the free version of Nebula.
For example, check out Ownhammer's Nebula Guitar Cabinets.

If you want the normal presets which are also included in the free version you can simply download the free version from Acustica Audios website.

It comes in a rar archive. Open it up with 7zip.
You will see the included SetupNebula3_Free_x64_1.3.502.exe

From within 7zip, right mouse button click, then "open inside".
This opens the exe archive and displays the included files.
The installation of third party library files (which we can also do with their factory presets) works like this.

Nebula creates a Nebulatemprepository directory, in which there are 2 RELEVANT folders.
Folder 1 is "Programs", Folder 2 is "Vectors".
So you've opened up the exe and see the corresponding folders.

Simply copy and paste the included files from the folder Programs and Vectors to the same folders already created by Nebula called Nebulatemprepository.

You're done.
My english is a little weak, so if something isn't quite easy to understand just ask me and I'll try to find an easier way of describing the procedure.

@ Sotho & Olymoon,

It seems that others users have well informed you about some available Libraries (either free or commercial ones). yes

And don't forget, as it could be important, that included with this 'Nebula 3 Pro', you'll find an application named 'Nat3.exe' (and that you can find inside its folder : 'Nat') that allows you to create your own 'Impulse Responses' after your own 'Hardware Units', import your own 'IRs' Collections,... and then convert all these stuff to the proprietary formats ('Programs' --> Presets and 'Vectors' --> IRs Libraries) used by
'Nebula 3 Pro'.
As you can see, the possibilities are almost endless, and the sound quality of this 'engine' is no longer to be demonstrated... yes

Thanks !

1 - Download the free version, so you get at least some factory programs
2 - Download all free/demo programs that will work with it

And try the Ownhammerdotcom demo and this free one for killer cab sims :
cabsdotkalthallendotde

And yes, it is not Steven Slate "I turn one button" design.
But it can do killer tapes, echos/delays, chorus, flanger, mechanical reverbs (plate,springs...), saturations, consoles, cab sims and even more.
In fact, almost all devices wink

PS : forgot EQ, compressors, aural exciters... rofl

Like I said, Nebula is amazing.
It can be quite taxing on your CPU, but it just feels so lively.

Dynamic Convolution basically (even though it is not just as simple as that). Thanks for this, Must admitt I have been wanting to dig into it for along time but without a demo unlike the free version where I am able to try whatever programs I like it was not going to get near the 'buy' list :) I really miss using my trusty old friend that was TriTone Digital's ColorTone Pro but hope has left alongtime ago that they are going to recode a new native build for PC (Heck doubt they will do a native MAC build). So that is good money spent on obsolete ware...Nebula is hope. Mic'd speaker cabinets, Dynamics, Any form of analogue domain distortions from subtle to face melting is nebula's forte. Not that far removed from Focusrite's Liquid Channel/Liquid Mix in many ways; What would be simply 'static' snapshots become alive. The CDSoundMaster and Alex.B tape/console...etc. programs are regarded very highly so I have heard. Peace

To clear up the confusion, Nebula will say it is registered and it is to an extent. It won't load the libraries from Acustica Audio's website because a licence file needs to be generated by them to use their libraries. ALL other libraries will load however (3rd party commercial and free). That's the only protection they have made on this.

As others have said, download the free version of Nebula 3 and install it. Copy the folders "Programs" and "Vectors" in the "nebularepository" folder and save them somewhere. Install THIS version of nebula, and then replace the folders with the ones you copied from the free version.
