With the new Native Instruments effect, The Mouth, sounds go in and different sounds come out. Like the company's former release, The Finger, The Mouth (Mac / Win) is a playful, creative tool designed to help you manipulate audio signals and get some interesting effects.

WORLD IN HARMONY
After the success of THE FINGER, British artist and musical prankster Tim Exile is back with THE MOUTH! Designed to generate melodies and harmonies out of whatever audio material you feed it, THE MOUTH is a unique and exciting way to get creative results on the fly.
Sing, beatbox or send a drum loop into it and THE MOUTH comes to life as a tweakable synthesizer, bass, vocoder or talkbox-like effect. A playful interface provides you with plenty of room to shape your results as you go.


YOU DONT'T HAVE TO BE A 'KEYNIUS' TO BE A GENIUS
You don't need musical training or sound design experience to get great results with THE MOUTH. THE MOUTH works by detecting the pitch of an incoming audio signal which is then auto-tuned to a selected musical scale or notes from a MIDI device - so your creations always stays in tune. The auto-tuned signal is used to trigger the synthesizer, which in conjunction with the gate parameters adds additional melody and harmony.
This makes THE MOUTH a perfect starting point for jamming and composition in the studio, or on stage as a lively and dynamic performance instrument. Use it in the free REAKTOR 5 PLAYER or get deeper inside THE MOUTH and see how it works with the full version of REAKTOR 5.5.


MELODY MAKER
There are four generators to craft your desired sound: Input (with a choice of the raw input audio, or a 'tuned' version), Synth, Bass and Vocoder. Everything is managed by 5 faders in a simple mixer section, which also includes a master FX section for coloring the final mix. Each generator comes with numerous different sounds easily selectable via a preset matrix in the interface.
The 8 Performance Control knobs alter both sound and amplitude envelopes at once, for easily shaping the character of the sound, and adding additional harmonies. Switch to 'Beats Mode', and THE MOUTH will process incoming drum patterns into interesting arpeggiated melodies.


THE MOUTH INTERACTIVE EP
To highlight the unique sound possibilities of THE MOUTH, Tim Exile created a special 4 track interactive release; The 'Mouth Interactive EP'. No conventional EP, its a new REAKTOR ensemble available free to download and run in the free REAKTOR 5 PLAYER. Manipulate, break down and re-build the different tracks in real time, to get a taste of THE MOUTH's power and some inspiring examples of its uses. Tim has also made a short tutorial video to help users get playing!

You need to install the full one before update only.

You can find the same 1.0 and some other October 2011 updates for Razor, Prism, Spark, The Finger on the net.

Those expansions only work on the last 5.6, not CHAOS

OK ! We will try to be 'serious people' then...
First, in case you've uninstalled this 'The Mouth' v1.0 posted by 'Billy J', re-install it once again. When done, and as you said that for you it acts as a DEMO version, you need to get the 'Update' v1.1.0 (also done by 'Team ASSiGN') and install it over this v1.0. If all is done properly, you'll get now the 'last-in-date' version ('v1.1.0') of 'The Mouth' and working properly...

By cons, what I find rather strange is that this 'v1.0' acts as a DEMO version for you, because it's a 'Team ASSiGN' version, hence normally 'cracked' !
Are you sure that is not your 'Reaktor' Engine version that is a DEMO version only ? Because when you use a 'Native Instruments' application
in DEMO version, usually it stops to work after exactly 30 min. yes

Perfect ! I know now that you're using an 'original' and 'legitimate' version of 'Reaktor Player'. yes
and I hope that you can easily understand my previous question too, because when you have a 'cracked' Library, it's in some sense logical
that it must work properly...

Unfortunately now, your main drawback is that you're using a 'legitimate' (thus registered) version of 'Reaktor Player'...
Effectively, most of the 'cracked' versions of Native Instruments Libraries (like this 'The Mouth', but also many others) CAN'T be fully functional within 'legitimate' (registered) Native Instruments programs like :
'Reaktor' (Full Version or Player), 'Kontakt' Sampler Engine (Full Version or Player),...

As a rule of thumb :

* Native Instruments 'cracked' Libraries --> work perfectly only within Native Instruments 'cracked' programs.

* Native Instruments 'legitimate' Libraries --> work perfectly only within Native Instruments 'legitimate' programs (as is your case with your registered 'Reaktor Player').

So, my previous suggestion of updating 'The Mouth' to the 'v1.1.0' (Team ASSiGN) will certainly not work for you... you can always try it,
but honestly I don't think that you'll get it working properly,
but we never know...
