If you have problem with recalling "Razor", "The Mouth", "The Finger R2", "Spark R2" or "Prism", you need to modify the registry.

In the follwing registry keys,

There are registry entries called "ContentDir".
These show where you've installed the Reaktor Contents like this :
C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\The Mouth

You need to add the "\" at the and of the value :
C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\The Mouth\
