the problem is with ARA and its slow analyzing process. The easiest way to use it is run the Standalone version, import vocal, clean up vocal, edit what you want then render. Now you can use the ARA slot in the DAW for Autotune or Melodyne and they work even better with clean optimized vocal.

Some people just want to do everything in one go in DAW, but I already accustomed to the workflow of processing the vocals and drums (alignment) plus few other tracks if needed outside of the main projects. Mostly cleaning up or spectral editing that would need a lot of CPU. So I better get it done separately and I can focus on what it needs on its own before thinking of what it needs to be together with other tracks (mixing). So far it works great and I welcome Primevocal as a fast vocal cleaning tool to my arsenal. Thank you R2R.

I love all the modules, especially the Dynamic that include riding and compression with visual aid so you can see how much it is affecting the vocal. The noise reduction and room cleanup really help on the vocal editing later (assuming I'm using this for fresh recorded vocals) because all the trash already removed, at least huge part of it.

I think it would be awesome for it to work just like normal VST3 but it's kinda impossible for how it needed the full analysis of the vocal before internally adjust its settings like threshold for noise reduction, spectral and dynamic processing before mapping it to the knobs, dont know for sure, but logically that's how it works.

Now I want something like this for transient materials, because i tried it on drums and it sucked super hard. Maybe usable idk, but not accurate as it does with vocals.

I don't think it's as bad as lots of people made it be, but the biggest issue with it is that it's not real time. Took me just slightly under 90 seconds to import a 2 minute wav file. I can pull dxRevive, smartcomp and smartEQ and achieve better results in 10 seconds.

Thank you for sharing, works perfectly. Too bad it's too bad, I absolutely agree with most of the reviewers on Youtube. A lot of artifacting compared to something like Clarity VX and other similar plugins.

This is actually not bad as many say it is, i used it on a bad recording and did pretty good job, and i had a good recorded vocal that is very dynamic, i used one module (the last one) turned OFF compression and used the riding mode and it did pretty good job on balancing levels which saved me much time doing it manually in DAW (i know there's riding plugins but i like to do it manually)
This V1 and it has its use for sure and i'm sure it will improve
