this type of plugin usually comes from processing chain in Ableton Live (FL Studio for trap/rap artist). A lot of new EDM focused newer plugins comes from it originally which then simplified into a single plugin. Usually these artists revealed it in a production stream or something and then fans request a plugin version. He probably commissioned a software dev to build it for him, or the company offer him.

Tone Project Basslane Pro is 1 example of good mastering plugin originated from a complex Ableton Live processing chain.

Even if the individual effects might not be the best sounding, having them all in a neat package with a good beat-synced oscilloscope is very handy. Could be a good alternative to FX23 Psylab when you want to use a kick sample instead of synthesizing the kick yourself from scratch.
