Quite often, antivirus software flags patchers as potential risks because they modify the behaviour of executable files. It can't be considered as a definitive sign of threat.
But it's understandable if you don't want to risk.
That said you can find the same version of FIlmora on 1337 with Totalvirus scan results. Or you can use Totalvirus yourself on the files to obtain a broader range of results.
