Introducing RES-Q The Classic British And American Style Equalizer.

An EQ plugin that combines classic inspirations into a modern powerhouse tool. ResQ integrates the smooth and robust shelving curves typical of iconic British equalizers with the precise, surgical mids of their American counterparts. The plugin boasts a versatile four-mode preamp section, capturing the essence of classic transformer and op amp designs, as well as both triode and pentode tube models. These modes enable rich, harmonic saturation that can either subtly enhance or significantly color your audio. Designed with musical frequency selections in mind, ResQ ensures that every adjustment is musically coherent, allowing instruments to seamlessly blend or stand out in a mix.

the CPU usage is for real ? it eats up to 40% on the last version

EDIT : with Ultra-X enabled
It makes no sense to say you’re not good at it. It’s like saying, “I’m not good at being a monk.” You are either living as a monk or you’re not.

Er, not here https://audioz.download/software/254787-download_tone-empire-res-q-v101-u2b-mac-moria.html#comment-id-1105073

In numbers, on an outdated CPU ~ 2.6% without and ~ 6.2% with ultra-x.

did you try enabling the Ultra X aka the Oversampling ? It aliasing af without it.

*4.2% is 42% for Reaper for some weird reason. Never get past 9% and the audio will starting to break up. Notice it's on high (2048) Buffer size. Octa-Core CPU. Kinda outdated CPU but not that bad.

I'm sure I do not understand this. ;-)

I made a quick setup which surprisingly used more than ~ 6% this time, namely 9 - 10%. All seven with ultra-x on, all bands active, 44.1kHz, 256 samples buffer, CPU even worse than yours:

I meant to ask for my curiosity about "Fari Adams". Is this a new Group or one guy making things happen? Compare to others like R2R/VR/TEamCubeadoody etc...??

Actually has a good impact on sound being processed.

Found one quirk when using the channel or plugin windoiw bypass in Samplitude Pro X8. The current setting seems top deactivate and go into what sounds alike a dark compression mode.

Only way to clear it is to select a different setting or unload/reload plugin.
All is known, when, it is known

Yes, this plugin has a problem keeping the volume level when turned off and on.
After changing some parameters, disable the plugin and enable it again. You will hear that the volume level of your track has changed.
