Move Refire.vst3 to "Program Files\Common Files\VST3"

Changes in 1.0.1:
- DAW's sample rate was not used / Solution: Use it. Such change affects compression timings. This version may sound different.
- Changed default VST category to "Fx" insteand of "Outobugi"
