This is a really great sounding synth. If you're not convinced then head over to the GForce website and listen to the demo that Dave Spiers knocked up. This thing can just about do it all!

I didn't want to buy it as I already have Oddity3 and thought there would be too much overlap, but there is a subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) difference in sound. Plus the sequencer on this thing is really useful and fun to use.

If you see it going on a sale then grab it. And I'd say if you were thinking of getting Oddity3 or this, then go for this, because there's not much in it sounds wise, but it's an order of magnitude easier to get your head around.

Preset management has finally been sorted out now as well, to the extent that they are almost rivalling the kings of that: u-he. Maybe not quite as good but not far off.

Anyway, just get this synth and start playing about. It can do drums and bass and pads and sound fx. You could do a whole track with this and nothing else. As Dave Spiers demonstrated with his demo of it on the product web page.

I assume they are and If that's the case, why are some releases branded differently?
