The only one getting punished is the paying customer in the end.
I wouldn't install this drive bloating trash even for free.
I'm glad R2R is holding them accountable for these anti-customer practices.

Found 3 Issues so far, hopefully R2R can take a look at it :

1) Screenshot
It seems like the Volume A is not complete. A lot of them are missing. Technically no Volume A at all. A00 suppose to be EMPTY, A06 the NAVE GERANIUM is Free default pre. The rest of VOLUME A isn't there. All other volumes have 10 preset each.

Can anyone confirm they have all of them, or it happens to you too ?

2) Preset in the BANK section crashing the DAW

B01 - Aubrieta 024 = 3 of the presets crashing the DAW
B02 - Cobalt Lombardy Popular 2 = only have 1 preset an it crashes the DAW upon selecting.
B06 - Pink Jasmine 08 = the first preset crashes, but the other 3 didnt

will keep testing and update.

If R2R read this, I would appreciate it if the plugins are released little by little like right now and let the community go through them and see if it's fully working, maybe fix it and make sure everything in order before moving on to release the next one. More time to learn each plugin and discuss about it.

3) For now Fire The Pump & Amber bundles are both working fine. Except the Amber plugins sounds (sonically) stupid with the Preamp ON at 48kHz, and using it without the preamp is wasting too much resources. I found that the curve is only perfect at 96kHz and the result sonically make sense. Bonus to Reaper users for individual FX instances oversampling (or Bluecat Patchworks for non-Reaper user) that solves it but....

... you have to double the CPU usage for an already CPU Hog plugin. #facepalm

if anyone wants to do it :
1) Reaper + Bertom EQ curve analyzer
2) Amber EQ, Preamp ON, do a normal 10kHz shelf +4db on track with extended high end content, ie. drum with cymbals and listen
3) stop playback, FX instance OS 2X for the plugin, play, and hear the difference.
4) see the difference between those two using Bertom EQ curve analyzer. Remember to stop the playback. Close the FX windows and open back, and play for it to show correct readings. Stop and Play is needed to make plugin runs at different sampling rate.
5) the preamp on Amber Compressor is the worst at 48kHz
6) anyone who owns the legit pls do the test too, see if they are showing the right behavior. at this rate Amber will only sound right on Reaper DAW with FX instance OS, Bluecat Patchworx OS and other DAW running at 96kHz

In this case, actually RAR with solid compression makes the final size smaller twice than 7zip. In other cases, 7zip is better than RAR ..

Your 7zip is very likely choking on RAM.

However RAR's strength remains in security and integrity though both things are irrelevant when only focusing on compression ratio.

Acustica Audio clearly states that they detect warez version in their Aquairus tool.

If you are legit user who wants to dive into the R2R-Acustica-World, uninstall them and sell them.

Otherwise, we don't recommend you to install R2R (and other) release.

No one can avoid the detection because developer can update the algorithm after the release appeared.

you cant and dont try to get banned. I got banned once because Aquarius detected Nebula 4 k'd. it was a nightmare, 3 weeks to unban and cant open the project files to work. They threaten to sue and say mean stuff that really riled you up knowing you cant go public with it because you used warez and have all your identity details (credit card) if they were going to do it. They only reply once per week. it was a nightmare, I hold myself, got my acc back and sold everything right after.

UPDATE : Wankcarlo just announced that if they traced illegitimate AA plugins in your machine, the account wouldn't just be banned anymore, it will be DEACTIVATED forever. meaning all your plugins will stop working, all your purchase history, plugin ownership proof, everything will be shredded to digital dust.

Regarding compromised accounts, as soon as your account is linked to an 'illegitimate' product, it will simply be deactivated. So, the moment you make this choice, you will have to do without us forever.

A lot of legit users who have CPU issues might want to try the decrypted version to see if it performs better without the bloat. I guess those users who don't understand will lose access to their account and products they don't have installed because they wanted to try to get better performance.

it will be detected the moment you re-install Aquarius. It happened to me that way, I tried my best cleaning up all the warez Nebula 4 leftover and even double checked everything but when I installed Aquarius back and want to update my other plugin, I can only log in once. It's banned after, and even got an email threatening to sue right away.
