Did you follow the instructions in the R2R.txt inside the R2R folder?
Did you run the keygen BEFORE using the plugin?
Did you disable your antivirus?
Did you etc, etc?

Are you sure? even for me it doesn't work. I've tried this one (vst) on both win10 and win7. Oddly there isn't an installer, but this it's not a problem we can just put the vst .dll in the correct folder (it's vst2) and register it before start (the keygen register all products). However after insert the vst it in an audio track you can notice that the "licenced to" field of the vst is still empty (LevelView,LevelViewS,SideKick Ex, these all shows your pc user name in the field, this one no) also to me it seems it does nothing to the levels with the 2 standard presets included and if you try the custom preset you can only go up in the values but not down with the - + and the checkboxes don't work. I don't need this plugin (I checked only for report the results) so I haven't done anymore tests, maybe it's me that I don't understand how this one works but it's seems to me there is some problem.

No problem for me on win 7 all beatrig from this R2R release (which i forgot to install until today one year later L.O.L) work just fine

Before you say that an R2R Keygen "is useless", please give details about what's your problem.
Most probably the fail come from you, or your system.

Sorry for jumping on you about this and have edited my reply.
Giving OS and DAW is a start at useful information, but in what WAY does it not work?
See AudioMan's reply above for a good example of how to report a problem.
I also see those same issues and plan to download a demo if possible from the website.
[EDIT] Since I made such a big deal of this, I did install thier license manager and download the demo and it did show levels while playing a track and adjusted the level as expected.
