Same same, but different, you know...
Different approach in patching stuff. r2rs release is more true to the original version, so 'less patched' if you'd say so. thats possible because they're masters of keygening. some would say thats they higher art than patching things and hunting down time bombs where you never know if you got them all.
But some people prefer the patched versions, where you don't have to use a keygen if you move your plugins to another computer and so on.
The patched versions usually have a higher compatibility when it comes to mangled libraries,
because they just don't care.
But the r2r one is (needs to be) the most stable, because no matter what code sniplet checks back, it will always come to the conclusion, that is the real deal and nothing was patched.

Bob dule version: For those who like using modified libraries with custom .nicnt, and want a ready to go, no "demo" library problems option, amongst few other things.

R2R: For those who want the exact same experience as the original Kontakt software; behaves like the original.

My all 7th versions shows this on installation:

Extract the rar files closer to the root of your C: drive. or bring the last extracted folder to your desktop and make the installation from there.

I have the same problem with the Reaktor libraries. No idea why.

May be that your hard drive file system, whatever it's formatted to isn't compatible of handling long file names. ;-) Look up file systems.

You might have a point as this is 65 characters and I think FAT32 supports 64 at the most if memory serves... but Terminator said it would be alright if you start the installation from desktop which is closer on the hd to this path. I wouldn't know as I haven't tried this yet nor I will be able, maybe in a few days.

Native Access isnΒ΄t installed and I also didnΒ΄t change the installation path

How to reg it? If I click on activate on the window Kontakt wants me to install Native Access.

Followed the instructions and installed everything to the T.. ran the Keygen and it says it worked, then went into Ableton and opened Kontakt but it displays a black/blank screen when the window pops up. Nothing to see or click on.. any ideas?

Hi, Kontakt 7 only works with Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher, is there a way to do work it with older gpus? my notebook mounts geforce 610m that does not support it.
