JS Inflator, the copy of Sonox Inflator, in vstsdk

JS Inflator has an uncluttered interface, with a handful of controls present on the interface. The interface is easy to read, with a pair of meters denoting the input and output gain.

This is my first attempt with VSTSDK & VSTGUI.
Some codes might be inefficent...

For someone like me, wondering how to use volume fader;
Use a RangeParameter!
param as normalized parameter[0.0, 1.0],
dB as Plain value,
gain as multiplier of each samples.
For normParam to gain, check ~process.cpp

Rest of the parameters nulls with Inflator.

Uses less CPU than Inflator.

Running fine here in PD and Reaper (WiN7).

Split band functionality has been recently added - since version 1.5.0
