Library Extractor is simple tool for extracting .pkg files into unpacked libraries without using the official installer.
Usage:
1.) Install 7-Zip v22.00.exe
2.) Copy Library Extractor.bat to unpacked .iso library
(be sure you have .pkg files in the same folder)
3.) Run Library Extractor.bat and wait
4.) Enjoy!
