i can say legit vst3 version does hang/crash when re indexing db. As does V.R version.... Keeping my VST2 still....but huge thx to V.R

VST 3 library scan process took 5 min. with NVMe SSD, Cubase frozen for 5 min but no crashes. (Win 10 Pro, Cubase 12 Pro)

after install I had to delete the workspace database file. Rescan for just factory presets, add banks back in and rescan. I have compressed the workspace db after the fact.

VST3 doesn't break anything. open new project normally on Reaper, Cubase, Live & Bitwig. Haven't tried S1, no project with spire.

Reaper guys see if it's me or the vst3 plugin. insert Spire vst3 on a track and select sq beauty V patch record key 55 or note g3 for say 4 bars. Play back and tell me if you get a few click and them nothing ( no sound) . Load vst2 and same patch and you do you hear sound?
