FreqAnalyst Pro 2 Stereo VST3 crashing in Cubase 12. KUIML Skin error. When manually picked the default.xml skin, it crashed and give out error msg and continues to loop after you click okay until you manually killed the DAW.

Same here with the non-pro FreqAnalyst. I found a workaround though -

1. DL the official VST3x64 installer from BC (or whatever version you use, doesn't really matter cuz you only need the skin files).

2. Using 7-Zip or whatever, right click the installer, select "Open archive", and extract the folder titled "BC FreqAnalystPro 2 VST3(Stereo) data", and place it in "C:\ProgramData\Blue Cat Audio" (ProgramData folder is a hidden folder in Windows).

3. It's not really necessary, but you can also create hidden shortcuts for those folders and place them in the BC VST directories along with the other shortcuts.

4. When you get the error, point to "C:\ProgramData\Blue Cat Audio\BC FreqAnalystPro 2 VST3(Stereo) data\Skins\default.xml".
