Never even heard of this before but holy shit that sounds useful

Literally a few weeks ago a client that i was doing a mix for sent me a bunch of spotify links of songs to use as references, but i couldn't download them and pull them into my project (Sidify stopped working). Using THIS would've been perfect

When virtual cable doesnt work, there's always the possibility to patch out to in in a non virtual way.
Sometimes that is way easier than working stuff out with virtual cable.

EDIT: I will try it and come back with my opinion if its any good like you guys say. but I still stand by my statements, using Spotify to reference is only good for hearing how bad your song will sound. Ozones mastering streaming/Spotify algo is not good in my tests.

However, if this is really good I can see using it for continuity when mastering EP or albums where the main reference is in high quality master format.

Yes, I can hear a difference between Mp3, CD and master WAv quality in my studio, headphones and on club systems is very obvious.

you don`t have to use streaming quality. it`s up to you and your system setting, if you wanna use 24 or 32 bit or 192 khz as described in the vid.
so take a high quality source and sys setting and the app will take it to its calculation.

It's not that bad. Spotify on 'high' is about mp3 with 320kbit.
I suggest you find someone to do a double blind test with 192kbit variable bitrate, you'll have a hard time find the uncompressed source.
I mean it, do such a test with someone for once. It is eye opening.
After that, make a delta file file of the source and that 'crippled' to hear what was added (!!!).
Lossy Compression does not take something from your files, it reduces bits - that does add noise.
You'll then be then pleased to hear that the noise that is added doesn't even sound bad.
That's the story about mp3. It is a whole different story with algorhithms that are not true to the phase of the signal. like mp4. totally different thing there.

When i open the custom targets window on Ozone 10 it doesn´t appear my reference files from audiolens....what am i missing here?

I have 10.2.0 and created profiles wont show on ozone and neutron. Profiles are savet at Documents\iZotope\Reference Targets. This folder is created by iZotope Insight.

I just don't see any preset from Audiolens in any other Izotope plugin that are supossed to work with. (Ozone 10 & Neutron 4)

edit: actually works with Ozone 10.2 as escalade contributed
