Glad it seems well-received, both from a technical perspective and a practical useability just-in-general perspective.

More about the actual plugin - I am more on the noise-reduction fan to the fullest camp, with a strong caveat: The noise reduction must not add noticeable artifacting at any volume and it should remove as much of the noise and keep as much of the "wanted" part of the sound, as possible.

In other words, even if settings would need adjusting and they do, most magic that a noise reduction plugin can do to ONLY the noise, the best. Just sitting and relaxing and pondering, I have the plugin open and I instinctively found my way to the Noise Reduction patch.

Waves (X-Noise gate style and the NS-1 clone as I forget the name at the moment, it is named similarly, suppressor style), MAGIX Sound Forge Noise Reduction (formerly Sony)... there are others like Accusonus ERA that Facebook bought errr (no releases yet that I know of though, so good!) - and I am sure there are more than 2 or 3 others that I can't think of right now - but it always falls back to Sony/MAGIX and/or Waves. (Talking plugins and not so much full applications, like the SpectraLayers or RX as it is a pure given that these things rule.)

The preset patch for noise reduction in this post's plugin looks to be interesting, on the screen. A minor tweak or two to fit the subject material might work ok. Next time in need, this will be the test. Check it out all of you too. Maybe it is great or maybe it is a dud. But it LOOKS interesting. :)

There is a patch under "VOCAL" for vocal nr and one in "UTILITY" for general-use nr.
