The original installer does not work.

How to use:

1.Create a folder where you want to install the library.
2.Run "Library Installer.exe".
3.Select the folder you created as the destination folder.

He failed to mention that you need to delete the Installer in the 1.5.0 release folder and replace it with this installer. It worked for me.
