C:\ProgramData\DeviousMachines is for all of their products. It is manufacturer space and shouldn't be touched, unless you want to clear out a specific product's folder, first. In this case, then yes, it is ok to delete the Infiltrator folder inside, first.

The user-saved presets are located at %APPDATA%\DeviousMachines\Infiltrator\Library\Presets\main

If there are either or both of product.dat and product.inf present before install at %APPDATA%\DeviousMachines\Infiltrator - then it or they should be deleted before install.

At this same folder, there is "first_steps_completed" file. It can be deleted to see the out-of-box-experience page ("Welcome to Infiltrator"), giving you a chance to click to see their official video on Infiltrator.

I just installed yesterday, so do i need to uninstall and reinstall this version? is this nescesssary as there are stringendtly timebombs in the old version?

No timebombs in any version. It is recommened you install the proper. However, if what you have is working well for you, then it is ok too. You have Win10+ so cool.

Proper+AAX coming later, as a heads up, so you can decide if you want that or this post here.

weird one but i deleted the two files in appdata installed and working when i first open it but after few minutes a white noise is playing and the plugin says demo mode any clue, im on win10

You probably installed the Demo from their website and that is what you are working with instead of the files created by the installer, from this post here.

Same DEMO for me and I definitely used the supplied.
Yesterdays had been working ok.
Maybe deleting the 2 files is a bad idea?

UPDATE: "full" uninstall of yesterdays, fixed this one!

The only thing whatsoever different with this proper release is of course the fixed VST3/.dll - but other than that I mean - is there was "magic cookie" in ProgramData of the product, included with official installer and non-proper. This does not have magic cookie. The Proper+AAX is already in queue and that has the manual (not in official) in the Program Files, as well, no magic cookie.

It's always a great idea to run hosts (Cubase, Studio One, Pro Tools, etc...) behind firewalls, regardless of anything at all.

This is such a fantastic release, thank you!! The only other bit of software I've seen that does stuff similarly is Shaperbox and there hasn't been a new release of that in quite a long time. You've made my day with this!!

Works perfect on Studio one 5.5 W10

I should clarify that I did not have any previous version. So I just installed it and it works without any problem.

A great plugin, I didn't know it. I was looking for something similar to ShapeBox. And I think this one is much better. What is true as already said, it consumes very little ram, unlike ShapeBox2 that consumes quite a lot.
