Alcatel OT-535/OT-735 Cubase Plugin VST WiN

This is an plugin for Cubase and any other DAW to develop ringtones for the Alcatel OT-535/OT-735 mobile phone. It emulated the synth chip of the phone, which outputs at 8khz. (which was the sample rate of the phone) This was released sometime around 2003 and was able to be downloaded from Alcatel mobile's developer portal, which no longer exists.

Opened in Cubase (with JBridge) but there no interface :(
Anyone solve that problem ?

There is no interface for this plugin. To control it, you have to make a midi channel for the plugin, it's based around general midi.

EDIT:
Works great Jbridged in Flstudio with a midi out.

Some great basic sounds in this, with lots of aliasing!
Which is great when you are as I am into that sorta thing.

just put the .dll into your vst folder and load it as a generator in your channel rack

Honestly so cool how people share stuff like this! This is super interesting in terms of music engineering history and stuff. Ringtones were all the rage in the early days of cell phones, there was quite a bit of money to be made too. Thank you for this, very nice.

been using these for 20 years and a lot of them sound really nice still (some are a bit thin and need to be run through some of these modern saturators/tape emus imo)

old cubase sx plugs
old ass wavelab vsts

i know there are a bunch more here if you do a search for just steinberg u will find them (like some of the great old vsti synths from cubase 3-5)

As far as I'm aware, there were never ones for Blackberry and Motorola, Nokia did make one called Nokia Audio Suite, which emulates the ones from the Nokia 3510i and so on.
