The sounds coming out of Line 6 Helix never ceases to amaze me given it only weighs in at 32 MB. This is compared to Amplitube at over 2 GB, TH-U at 900 MB, Guitar Rig at 400 MB, etc.

Same here. I'm so grateful for every update of Helix.

All three and Helix are worth having because they sound differently interesting. Guitarists I know prefer Helix and Amplitube [which sound rather different to me], so those are probably the best, but I love TH-U better than Amplitude for guitars, and use Guitar Rig for synth sounds. NI stuff has that clean [sterile?] NI sound. GR isn't that great for guitars. But lately I use Helix more for synths, too... :) It gives sounds that something which makes them easier to mix, but you have to know what you're doing/need.

Thank you so much V.R and Mordi for this release! Every release of Helix makes my day! I have to look up the changelog...

edit: in short - Helix Native 3.15 (released February 8, 2022) includes a new Line 6 original amp, 10 new Helix effects, 18 additional Legacy effects, new features, additional improvements, and bug fixes, and is recommended for all users.

If you want to put a synth through a guitar amp, just try some Factory 1 basic presets. Everything in the effect chain along the line at the top is represented by a block and can be removed or new one added. You can probably just delete the amp if you just want effects. Careful with the input level though.

The reason Helix is so small is most likely because they don't care at all about skewmorphic amp and cab GUI's. It wouldn't make much sense having a interface like the one in Amplitube when it's meant to be shown on a tiny screen on a stompboard!

will this interfere with the Ampeg SVT suite ? I haven't updated Helix because I've been using the SVT suite a lot in a project and worried that this could interfere with that like previous update release of the Helix.

I just installed it over the Ampeg SVT suite (V.R) and all works fine.
Just be sure to save your presets before install it.

Every release above of 1.50 loads in 10 seconds, and the workflow is too slow. I have a Ryzen 5 1600af, and SSD disc. Also good ram (16gb 3200mhz) do you have some suggestions?
