This one has 550 mb more than the previous release so maybe team VR has added additional presets? They often bundle synths with many many presets (which is great by the way)

How does it fit with the Arturia V Collection? Can I install Pigments 3.2 if I have Arturia V Collection installed on my computer?

I think yes it does. 5 Seconds after i load pigmentes, there is lag for 2 seconds about. I had similiar issue with VR Spire, but R2R spire didnt have it.

That loading lag is present in the legit version. It's mentioned on a lot of forums. It is nothing to do with VR or R2R.

I can confirm that there is a problem with the presets in Pigments 3.2.0. It's only see one preset. All is in default location, but this is not resolve a problem.

Hey! I know how to fix this issue, I had it before when I was installing the older version of pigments 3 with the Arturia V collection.

Make sure you deleted the pigments 3 from the Arturia V collection first. This includes removing it from your VST folder and removing all Pigments folder. (C:\ProgramData\Arturia). This is what I had to do to make it work, otherwise pigments 3 is gonna come up as an error.

Then install the Pigments 3 from VR.

Go to this file location:
C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets

From there, find the file called "db.db3" and delete it completely.

Restart everything including your DAW, then load up one of the plugins,
You might have to wait some time for the presets to show up, but it will show up.

That file holds the database. It basically remakes the database when you load up the plugins so everything is good to go!

I just installed this version of Pigments 3 and it worked perfectly for me. Pigments 3 took a while for everything to load up though because there are so many presets (which is a good thing)

Maybe timebomb?

After ~30 mins in my projects in Studio One Pigments suddenly reduces Volume by 90% and the preset isnt working anymore.

Switching preset back and forth is fixing this for another 30 minutes.

could anyone try and confirm pls?

Thank you very much birdz , for all your effort to help me. Excuse me for late react. I forgot about my comment, in meantime I have to uninstall Pigments, in most because of Arturia Synth V collection. I will try all your instructions. I will write what's happen. I wish you all best.
