something wrong with the installer, something regarding the C++ redistributeable files, and it will endup delete some dlls (that you can easily fix by reinstalling latest supported Visual C++ redistibution file blablabla..) but it can't create the database in the end. seems like the installation isn't even completed. REV 2 incoming!

EDIT : It looks like I'm the only one that been having the problem with the installer. Might add that im on the new WIN 11 though.

Installs and works well on Windows 10 with no problems.
This also now contains all the new Arturia presets from the last month or so too (Micheal Jackson Tribute, Flume Tribute, etc etc)

No, there is definitley something wrong with this. It installe new Visual C++ runtime and after that installer asys "Update Presets Database..." and a Windows Error occurs saying VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is missing.

I love Arturia but the fact that they released Pigments 3.0 with critical bug for FL Studio users, which breaks plugin UI of all Arturia plugins if you use more instances of this synth in a project, and they still weren't able to fix it, is kinda meh... Support is cool and friendly though, they helped me with temporary workaround, but instead of adding new features in update they should have focused these bugs

Do you compare Omisphere and Kontakt libraries too like this? And sample packs, what about them..

In my opinion Omnisphere & Kontakt are much better but you need alot of Hardrive space especially for KONTAKT libraries. Pigments is still very diverse in sounds.

Thanks anyway for your work, but doesnt work to me on Win 10. and now other 29 arturia synths does not work anymore. :-( i will wait and hope for fix...
i fix them self : after install all arturia stuff, i install "VC_redist.x64" and "VC_redist.x86" from microsoft . then i replace the "dll's". now it works perfect.

Can you give some more details about it? To me, the previous version i installed was on a fresh Windows 10 with vc++ runtime libraries updates installed, even if i had the libraries it stopped install 'cause it wasn't able to find a single dll, windows 10 last runtimes install that dll but in another dir, i simply searched for that specific dll, that Arturia showed in the error message and copied it in the right folder (system32 for x64 systems if i remeber corredtly), re-started installation and everything was fine. This is the dll file Pigments install asked for and i had that already in another dir, hope it can helps https://www.dll-files.com/vcruntime140_1.dll.html

how many Presets should there be after a successful install?

I installed it and reinstalled the missing dll. Pigments (and firefox) work again :-) And then I have 5721 presets. But i a ot seem to be duplicates.

Is there a way to eliminate these?

Yes, I use this tool to eliminate duplicated files:

Thanx for the link. But there does not seem to be duplicates on my hard drive. It seems the duplicates are just in the "database" of pigments...

I get a GU error and can not run the synth (installation works).
