Someone said presets weren't working. But the 9.01 implies it's already a new version from iZotope.

With that kind of report, please AT LEAST state your OS and what ASIO driver.
Otherwise, with no other reports, we must assume user error and we can't even guess much.

I think the problem is with memory allocation as RX9 is pretty memory hungry. Close all your other apps and try it again.

They haven't announced any updates to that in the version notes, guess you'll have to wait until RX10. Got to admit that feature could do with more AI training or however the algorithm was developed.

This could indeed be a programming bug. "The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The memory could not be %s." is what caught my eye as %s is usually a format string in many languages (python, c, etc) and the code may be borked. Without seeing the entire function I would have no way of knowing exactly the reference, but that's what immediately triggered my spidey-senses.

Can't save any preset. Just nothing happens when I press enter. Admin rights blocks drag'n'drop feature
