horrible installer. i do not find the install path, because there is no vst3 folder anywhere.
i suspect it's a vst3 only plugin. i do not use VST3

Well maybe if you have read the ReadMe file, you would have found out that VST3 folder is in the "Program Files\Common Files\VST3".

Also a quick tip, all VST3 plugins are located there.
