Reelight Pro is a tape saturation plugin with many features for getting an authentic tape vibe and also some of the desirable artifacts associated with tape.

Compatibility:

This plugin supports only 64-Bit Windows.

i used to agree with that argument but im starting to let it go...
i think they got better, and realized they made some trash quality plugins before,
their latest updates to old plugins are actually really good, Loc Ness, Goliath (altho they completely changed Goliath)

im gonna give this tape plugin a shot too

Thanks. I would imagine the issues in version 1.0 might be fixed in 1.0.5, hopefully.
Oversampling causes issues for me in Windows x64 in Cakewalk, Ableton, Sequoia15 and Studio One 5.2 especially in rendering. I can handle the odd glitch online, but I can't have glitches in bounced files.

For what it's worth, pretty decent plugin. The Studer is pretty decent compared to other companies (I used one for years). TEAC has a nice vibe to it. Won't be my goto for tape saturation just yet, but overall a 7 out of 10 (In my opinion).

Definitely. There are a ton that are better. Always good to try a new one for free though. And it offers machines that nobody else does, although I can't speak for their accuracy.

that's true, IK's consume a lot of cpu power, I think it's somewhat justified due to the quality it brings to the table; not sure how accurate they are between their counterparts tho, but they sound solid nonetheless..
