Overture Music Visualization is a solo-dev project created in Unreal Engine and released for the Windows platform. It captures audio in realtime from any source, including Youtube, Spotify, Pandora, VLC and others, and features 50+ customization options across several categories. The goal of the Overture project is to create a versatile, general purpose music visualization utility with robust configuration options to make it suitable for personal use, video creation, or streaming.

22 Unique Scenes
A small library of visualization scenes with several different themes: sci-fi, retro-futuristic, dystopian, space, and nature. Utilize the in-game lower-third menu to adjust lighting, color grading, post process effects, sensitivity and color schemes. Save your favorite effects and configure a scene playlist to automatically cycle through your chosen scenes at a time interval you specify.

VR Experience
For users with a VR headset, try out the spaceship VR demo and experience completely immersive realtime music visualization. Use motion controllers to adjust 8 different effects on the fly and spawn new objects that react to your sound.

I know it's technically a Steam thing, but its for music, and looks pretty!

Actually, this thing can be useful for lots of prods. It's a very common situation when you have to put some visuals for yt upload or something like that. This is a pretty simple and fast solution.

Wow fantastic stuff, did you use it yourself already? I wonder if this can finally be an easy to use, good looking visualization software for videos, and if this could replace services like Renderforest. Also it seems to be super reasonably priced. Thank you for sharing! Had no idea it existed. If it's good I'll most likely buy it.

I actually hadn't seen this app before, and actually might even buy it, since it's super cheap. But thank you very much for uploading this, or I wouldn't have even known about it. I kinda wanted something to whip up quick music videos for my tracks, and I think this should do the trick. I'll have to "try before I buy" to ensure this even is what I think it is. lol

just did a few tests had to install DirectX9, looks beautiful, when you crank all the settings to the max it's sharper? than Luminant Music, if the developer adds expansion Scene packs that would be awesome. thanks again.

By downloading a 6GB Unreal Engine plugin, i expect this to be at least multiplayer and fly in space, with live 3d spectrogramms, LUFS, PSRs, EBU metering, goniometers, M/S, transient dynameters and few proton torpedos to destroy iLock while nuking all the pesky VST's as well, all at the comfort of captain Kirk's chair.

However i find it very limited in terms of what can offer.

The uninstaller (if chosen as option during install) gets trapped by Windows Defender, so an exception must be made and/or installed to an antivirus excluded directory.

Not bad but some visual effects are a bit cheap, does the same kind of software with higher quality graphics exist ?
