It's the same except for a couple of (slate) presets. It is the version you get with the slate subscription.

Yes this can be installed on top of TH-U; they both use their own separate folder structure as well as different VST Plugin names.

Can anyone check an error I'm getting please, just place an American Super '66 amp in a empty preset! On my version it crashes to desktop(standalone or in a Daw). Would be very grateful to know if its just my PC or software problem Thanks.

I can confirm that the American Super '66 will crash to desktop in this version. Note that this amp will also crash the Overloud TH-U Full v1.2.5 CE-V.R version. The matching cabinet, 4x10 Super (US) will load fine, but the amp head itself will not.

CPU usage on TH-U is much better than just about every other guitar amp/rig plugin. The only exception to this is if you use the Shimmer Reverb or Shimmer Delay effects, both of which hit the CPU noticeably harder than the other TH-U effects.
