Their Pre73 and Magnetite are amazing and their EQs are very musical; hell, even their free, VHL-3C Hi/Lo Pass filter warms up a track nicely with some very nice curves. Definitely some of my go-to's...but I could never get into the Edelweiss72, which everyone else I know who uses Black Rooster seems to love.

i love the Edleweiss, i have in a couple instrument tracks, like a chapman stick it totally brings out that full character

Damn bro... Firts time I tried Black Rooster plugins and they are so fine!
To my suprise, compressor and EQ emulations sound very smooth and musical - au par to UAD ones!

Think of hammer as compression and chisel as eq. You can make great structures with only two.

I tried to install VST2 64 bit. No display in Cubase 10.5 in any place. Also tried with standard directory from installer. Nothing.

Can somebody help me?

Hi

I've h ad the same problem.
You have to manually copy the dll from the BRA installation folder 64bit
found in programs in the VST folder.
Then it works.

It's strange, because in the VST Directory there is a wrapper too.
I don't understand.

I can see the plugins fine once I run the installer, but I can't get past the licensing window. The box at the bottom for license location is messed up (huge white box covering the field), and clicking either that or the refresh button will erase any email.

The "Unlock Plug-in" button never becomes clickable no matter what I do.
