1 copy all dllS to folder Windows\SysWOW64
2 send jbridge to desktop
3 right click on jbridge > Properties > Advanced > check box Admin

All those are 32-bit and are legacy files of win 95 up to XP versions. Used in WIn 10 for compatibilty issues.

For example several plugins do not want to react properly to DPI in Studio One 4, Simply JBridge the 64bit plugin after moving the original to another location and the bridged file to your local vst folder and BAM!! Now it reacts to your system scaling after the bridging process... Eg: Kontakt, NI Battery etc... Yes Studio One is, the idea though is jBridge gives several options in the settings... One of which to release it from the program and put in a separate window making older plugins scale as in newer plugins too... If using high Dpi in Studio One 4 this is quite useful... Kontakt and Battery were a bugger to get to scale to system specs...
