The plugin itself is working fine but, the presets and samples folders seem to have installed to the wrong location. They are in Documents>FAW>SubLab when they should be in Program Files>FAW>SubLab.

Even when I copied them over, the presets load fine but the samples for each of them are missing...

Okay, I've got it working perfectly now.

What I did was:

1. Uninstall (I did with Revo Uninstaller Pro)
2. Install, but change the install location to Program Files>FAW>SubLab. If you don't have this folder, then create it.
For some reason (probably a mistake) it defaults to Documents>FAW>SubLab.
Make sure it's not Program Files>FAW>SubLab>SubLab.
3. Place key file in Program Files>FAW>SubLab.

Now everything works including the samples.
Import expansions is working fine also!

My thanks to NODOZe and Majestic as well, as I was stumped on this until reading NODOZe's post.

In addition, I'll add one piece of advice for WINDOWS users after reading Majestic's original post...

Just install the program directly into C:\Program Files\FAW\SubLab . It seems like it works best there without any effort. The presets will work right away. I don't know enough about the VST to know if it's fully working, but it seems like it is with it installed there.

The file generated by the keygen also should be placed in this same folder.
