Wavetable
Immediately playable, infinitely capable, Wavetable is a new synthesizer built by Ableton. Echo

Drum Buss

Make sure to disable automatic updates in the preferences; otherwise, newer versions will overwrite the cracked R2R versions and your key and authorization will fail. In preferences, go to Licenses Maintenance and turn Get Automatic Updates to Off. No one noticed this until recently because 10.1.3 was the latest version until 10.1.4 just came out. If this has already happened to you, just uninstall and reinstall and it will be fine, just do so offline until you disable automatic updates.

This is just a hunch but try to extract the installer into a shorter file path and running it from there. Like C:/FOLDER or something. It looks like the directory is way too long.

yes, like Epic said. Or just move the whole folder to desktop and extract everything there. Don't change directory when extracting just extract everything in the folder.

Check that your anti-virus isn't deleting/quarantining the files (when you are unpacking/unarchiving) that your install process appears to be looking for... hence the "cannot find file" problem.

Solution is to suspend your anti-virus "auto scanning" files while you unpack and run the install, then re-engage auto scanning once more when the install process is completed.

For heavy Max users - I found that Live 10.1.0 paired with Max 8.0.4 give absolutely no errors with very large projects. All other combinations including this new update with newer Max, eventually give crashes on Windows. So keep a copy of your 10.1 for a while...

this version of live only supports max 8.1.0 or newer (there is no newer version at this time).
My point was that bundled max versions will eventually crash live in big projects using many max devices (my projects take around 10GB of ram fyi).
After many crashes I discovered that with max 8.0.4 the projects are rock stable.
But 8.0.4 can’t be used with latest Live unfortunately.
And of course, my previously working projects are now crashing at times, with latest live version (and its bundled max). So i reversed to the configuration mentioned above.

hmm okay I see. I also have problems with very high memory usage when using some of the Ableton packs. One project I have problems with also use 10 GB of ram. I especially have problems when I combine Kontakt libraries and Ableton Packs. The packs use a lot of Max for Live so that is probably the issue.
One question does the max 8.0.4 (that is stable) use the same amount of ram or does the ram usage also decrease? It's a pity max 8.0.4 does not work on Ableton Live Suite v10.1.3

I get the same sorta problem , but i simply freeze n flatten , then no cpu prob
Or freeze tracks causing heavy cpu usage until your ready to resample job done

Looks like the filename/path is too long. Copy the installation folder to your root directory and install from there. You can also rename the installation folder to a shorter name.

Setting "Temp" folder permissions C:\Users\"USERPROFILE"\AppData\Local\Temp
1 Right-click "Temp" folder, and then click Properties.
2 In the Security Settings, click Enable all boxes.

just wanted to ask one thing so i can update from 10.0.1.
are presets now showing inside of a folder?
any preset at all.
because in 10.0.1 you can not see presets no matter what file path it is. it shows nothing inside the folder and also no file is being displayed so.

any preset what so ever. the presets folder never opens. or show any preset. for ex serum sylenth etc
