Haha, I almost got excited. I love Rhodes, but the demos in the video are 90s Rhodes...ya'know, the ones used to write ballads for love scenes starring *shudder* Kevin Costner and some actress that you've never heard of and have never seen again.
Jojofun mentioned Keyscape and Gospel Musicians rhodes; of all of these I love the Gospel Musicians 3X since it has that raunchy tone and a nice amount of room to create you own tone *plus, the effects are super lush.
Nice up for someone, though.

This lib is specifically for 80s - 90s ballads.
And it does it spot on.
