I can't say that I'm too impressed with this. Basically, if you want a quality saturator, go with Fabfilter's Saturn or T-Racks Saturator (among others,) or, if you just want to drench your sound in unadvised, just-too-much-ery, grab the Sausage Fattener. Either way, I don't see this getting any use.
As for the comment pertaining to it just being a gain boosted EQ, I'm sure that their is some of that under the hood as well. All in all, nothing to write home about.
