PG Music Band-in-a-Box® with RealBand: 2019 PlusPAK (Build 628, May 2, 2019) Incl Patched (WiN) screenshot
WiN | AudioZ Exclusive | 862 MB
Band-in-a-Box® is so easy to use! Just type in the chords for any song using standard chord symbols (like C, Fm7, or C13b9), choose the style you'd like, and Band-in-a-Box® does the rest... Band-in-a-Box® automatically generates a complete professional-quality arrangement of piano, bass, drums, guitar, and strings or horns.

Band-in-a-Box® 2019 Features and Additions
We've added 64 new features to Band-in-a-Box® 2019, including...

Band-in-a-Box® 64-bit version for Windows
There is a new 64-bit version of Band-in-a-Box®. This has the newest features of Band-in-a-Box® 2019 and is a modern 64-bit audio app. This means it can use the latest audio drivers and plugins that are designed for the 64-bit audio engine on your Windows OS. We also include a 32-bit version of Band-in-a-Box® with similar features. The 64-bit version is named bbw64.exe and the 32-bit version is named bbw.exe. You can tell which version you are running by the startup screen or the About Band-in-a-Box® dialog (Help | About Band-in-a-Box®).

Band-in-a-Box® VST DAW Plugin
The Band-in-a-Box® VST DAW Plugin is separate from the Band-in-a-Box® application and works directly inside your DAW (Cakewalk, Reaper, Pro Tools, PreSonus, etc.). The Plugin uses the content (RealTracks, styles, etc.) present in your bb folder to generate audio or MIDI tracks that you can drag/drop from the Plugin into your DAW. (There is a separate documentation for the plugin, including videos, on our website. https://www.pgmusic.com/support.biabplugin.htm )

And more!

Fast to load, works fine, remains to read the documentation to enjoy it to the fullest.
I only regret the more and more Wav (realtracks) orientation than Midi, and it's a complaint I'm making on Biab app, not just it's VST version.

OMG!!!! I've been piecing together various bits here and there for YEARS so I KNOW how scarce BIAB warez are. Then putting everything together CORRECTLY is another hurdle one MUST prevail in order to get it to operate properly.

These recent BIAB offerings are MONUMENTAL gifts. I only hope that all of you who are responsible for getting these to us, know how much you are RESPECTED for your hard work and expertise, and LOVED for your generosity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

One day, I'll get a friend to video me playing with the "fellas" from BIAB for your entertainment. I think you'll enjoy seeing how I use this great app. It should give any newcomers some ideas of how it can be used.

Could someone give me a bit of help here please..............I dont have any previous Band in a Box at all but would like this.
Firstly, does this need any previous installation, if not, do I download all of what is here to get the daw installation as well?

Thanks

There is a previous 2018 version I uploaded here perhaps a month ago (search for band in a box)., That has much of the older content. This is the updated engine that you would install over the top of the version I uploaded about a month ago. That version is around 130 gb.

Then, grab this and install over the top of the 130 gb version.

Finally, grab the Realtracks 301-328 from here as well (search for band in a box) and run each of the installers and point it to the band in a box directory. After you do that, youll, have most of the entire program.

This program is a complete pain the butt to gather everything for, hence the reason I uploaded the nearly complete 2018 version.

What we really need is someone to grab all the realtracks and all the additional content that PG Music has and put it together into one nice download along with the master installer. Many of the realtracks have been updated, as well as much of the installers, to work with the current version (since they changed the directory structure, many of the old installers will install things into incorrect places). At some point, I plan on buying this, just havent had the money...its expensive for the full program...

Id love to have a completely clean install, with all the content, the way PG Music meant for it to be, because right now, the version I have, I had to piece a bunch of odds and ends together and Im not sure what I am missing...

The current realtrack installers are at version 12 (right click each installer and go to properties, then details, under version, it should show 12.0). The latest version of each realtrack installer installs each to its correct location. Alternatively, you can show product version in the details list of the file browser window by right clicking at the top just above where the files are listed.

I wanted to thank you for that package you put together and uploaded but I was banned at the time. I KNOW how much work it took to collect AND properly assemble all of the many components of BIAB. Please understand that you are one of the reasons why this community is so STRONG. Thanks again for your knowledge and giving spirit.

If you install just the items in this post, you will have a fully functioning latest version BiaB. But the definition of a 'complete' BiaB is complicated.

You'll need to read about RealTracks and decide whether you want them or not. They are very large. Some people prefer to say don't bother with RealTracks and just use BiaB for its Midi capabilities. Other people will say that BiaB without RealTracks is unthinkable.
This just shows that BiaB offers different things to different people.

Then there is a huge legacy of BiaB (optional and desirable) addons.
It can be very complicated to achieve a tidy installation for all those addons.
To explore all that, first browse PG Music's website and good luck figuring out what's on offer.
Then if you want to chase after the elusive 'complete version' there is no better place to start than this link.

@ahesive & @ littleweirdo thank you both for your comprehensive replies whilst this is clearly a very desirable package the process of gathering and installing is equally painful.

What exactly is the value of the Real Tracks I mean what are they? are they a desirable commodity to have?

RealDrums and RealTracks are the MAIN "desirable commodity" of BIAB in my opinion. They make the music sound PROFESSIONAL because they are sampled parts made BY professionals. Without RealDrums and RealTracks I'd still probably use BIAB because I can manipulate midi and make it trigger sampled instruments and sounds, but I'd MUCH rather NOT have to do that. I can make virtual guitars like Ample Sound, Music Lab, and OTS Evolution sound pretty damn good, but NOT better than a REAL guitar player.

Lucky you, Windows users! We Mac users will have to wait until somebody posts it, cracks it, shares it.
Thank you all the same Futurewine.

I use mac but I run an app called Parallels Desktop which runs windows inside MacOS perfectly. I run it specifically for these Win only releases. The only downside - it’s very very resource hungry so I wouldn’t attempt it with weak cpu/ram

Hi guys!
I'm trying to update my bb installation to 2019 version, but the installer stops because it can't find some dlls, in data/lib folder:
bbwdll24.dll
dllelastiquePro.dll
dllelastiquePro3.dll
gp5.dll

All, except bbwdll24 exist, but the installer doesn't find them.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

It's the "PG Music Band-in-a-Box 2018 Build 520 (April 17, 2018) WiN" update.
  Resident 9.01.2018 422

I had the same version than you and the installation / update went well, I advise you to uninstall previous versions (all) and reinstall this version.

Wow! It's gonna be pretty ugly if I do that. My first installation was bb2014 and I have updated it several times, since then. It's a mess...
Do you know if I uninstall it, the real tracks, styles e.t.c. will be lost, and I'll have to reinstall them too?
  Resident 19.11.2013 1 1613

Can't you uninstall just the program and install the new version.
Move the multi Gb folders that contain the tracks, styles etc to a different location so they don't get deleted, like your desktop for example, uninstall the program, then put them back after you install the new version of the program.

I would also do what Daz is talking about. I would copy the ENTIRE bb folder to another drive. My "Drums" and "RealTracks" folders are already on another drive. Remember, these two folders can be moved anywhere at anytime. You just have to go into the preferences and show the app where you put them.

I even often go into the registry and delete installation components there TOO. I'm NOT saying I would necessarily do that in THIS case. It would depend on WHY I was deleting registry files. Also, I might even compress the files after I moved them just to be sure they remained UNTOUCHED, but I'm paranoid like that. Consequently, I RARELY have problems.

Thank you guys for your answers.
I just realized what I did wrong: I thought that the exe files where installers, but they were the program executables... I paste them in the place of the old ones, run the updates and everything is fine!
Thanks again for your effort.
