It used to be a Daw that only worked with a specific audiointerface card and
was popular at some mastering studios i dont know if they made it "native" now?

I never had problems understanding how a daw or an nle 'thinks' under it's hood. But merging really made me give up.
I give it a go though, every ten years pyramix get's a chance

You probably have a Windows configuration problem, there is at "https://confluence.merging.com/display/PUBLICDOC/Pyramix++troubleshoot" a detailed guide of troubleshootings and configuratioon tips.
Windows Classic Theme is not more allowed you must use Aero and configure it carefully.

He's exactly comparing Pyramix to Pro Tools.
Also he's explaining the combination of VST and the proprietary VS3, that no other DAW uses - and certainly not in 2004-2005.

I'm legit owner and 11.1.5 is the best, most stable and most functional version ever, by far. Gonna use V.R version from now on because I hate dongles.

The MassCore multi-core support option is only available with MassCore SMP key.
The key will enable the VS3 Control Panel option for Core allocation, to enhance the MassCore engine performance.

SMP key include this versyon Of pyramix ?
