Unfortunately not. Tried uninstalling (lots of leftover files to cleanup too), and reinstalled but still the same. Uninstalled again and waiting for next release, fingers crossed.

R2R never released anything with virus.

If you plan to use warez, I suggest to install a real antivirus and firewall.
I recommend Zone Alarm free but there are a lot more.

My paid F-Secure gave me many false positives (atleast i hope they were false), auto-deleated keygens, made it next to impossible to edit, save and keep the new host file etc.

No problems after switching to free Zone Alarm.

Yes, specially if you use it in "all manual" configuration, so you are aware of any program that wants to connect to the internet, or modify your system etc ...
And it can learn from you, so you dont need to answer every time.

Hmmm, I don't get any alerts. Maybe it's because I don't have an AV installed? :)

AVs are just PITA anyway. Having an AV is almost worse than having a virus. Well, depends on the virus... I never, ever, got a virus from any of the R2R or V.R releases. You can safely ignore any alerts. Just turn the damn thing off, or even better uninstall it. Your OS will work much much faster and will be better suited for processing audio and video. Internet? use something on the side for it. A laptop, another OS, Virtual machine OS.. there are plenty of choices. I recommend using a virtual machine OS for browsing.

i was working on a project on ableton, pulled up massive, picked a cool sound from it and saved all my work. Turned off my computer.

I then come back at a later time, turn on my computer, open up ableton, play back the same track I was working on and realize that that massive changed the sound to it's default sound :/ why does this happen?!
