Is anyone else getting a spike on their CPU usage? I'm on ableton and and this vst spiked from 20% to 110% after adding it at the end of my mastering chain

I'm on windows 10 64 bit

ok thats good to know I'm not the only one. Hopefully there is a workaround for this. So far the standalone app version is working perfectly.

Tested in FL Studio 12.4.2 and Ableton Live 9.7.2 64 bit Windows 10 and the same problem, eats all the CPU 100%. Thanks anyway all the people who brings this plugins and all the material to us. Let's wait for the fix, or use the other tons of tools we have he he (including the 1.0.3 Version).

What a CPU vampire!! All by itself on FL Studio and 96% on Intel i7 6700K Processor, however, when I use a "fixed size buffer" setting plus "process maximun size buffers' the CPU usage goes down to 23%. I will try it on Live 9 and Sonar

Does the keygen crash for anyone using keygen runner? I click generate a Serial Number and it crashes. Also if i try to upload the authorization file it crashes. Does anyone have any solutions or can suggest a different keygen wrapper on OS X

I have a solution. Use a good eq and a good compressor. It won't have the "wow, look at the GUI" but you'll get more control of your mix.

Lol thank you for your unique solution I usually use the iZotope and fab filter bundles for "controlling" my mix, but i wanted to check out how good this product was as a mastering plugin without the white noise every few seconds. I agree with your suggestion but you didnt answer my question.

I've tested this plugin on a standalone app and its actually pretty good if you want to master your mixes on the go. The minimal controls are just what i was looking for but again its sometimes better to dial in using actual mastering devices with all the controls.

No spike in CPU usage here, just eats up twice as before but it is still acceptable.

This plugin is super bad imo, I tested it like a year ago, but anyway, many thanks to r2r & funtime.

I much prefer BX_MasterDesk - it's better and lighter (and has a better GUI). Use only *after* you have the mix sounding 'great' even with y our normal mix/masterbus plugs in place on the mix (comps, eqs, sat.. clipper even limiter), pref in a separate mastering session. Sometimes it'll be just what you need, other times just sutble use to make great into amazing (BX_Masterdesk that is)
