The free edition is shared here with the text of the commercial.. LOL
The free edition have only the simple delay and can be downloaded on dev site among other cool plugins.

Damn in the pic the delay looks very promising, but it's misleading coz it's not the free version it depicts :(
(title says FREE yes, pic is not the free version).
