The Usual Suspects OsTirus (DSP56300 Emulator) 1.3.12 MultiOS + ROM's [FREE]

Hi im long time TI user but wanna try it out, as it seems awesome. But ableton in Monterey does not open the plugin. I understood you have to sign it manually. So i tap in command... sudo xattr -cr /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/OsTIrus.vst3 in Terminal it asks password, so i guess its the regular admin pw , i press enter but the plugin still doesn't show up. What i do wrong here?

Anybody experiencing crashing in bitwig? When I click on the browser menus.

Please forgive my ignorance, but what would be my install path for windows 10 if my normal vst directory is simply... C:\programfiles\VSTPLUGINS ??? Where do I load the data and must I also install it as VST3 in common files?

Well, all TI owners stating that there is a difference on DA, means it is pretty true…you should try it and you will find the answer, even by null test, there is a reason why in the 95% of the cases TI users are using the analog outputs to recording it ;)
I think there is also tons of thread on every virus Ti forum (from official one to gearspace and infekted.org), just check it bro.

Heads up there is a known bug for MacOS Ventura 13.6.6 users with Ableton Live V12 and other Daws with DSP56300 V 1.3.12. Confirmed with the dev. If you get a system error/crash in your DAW. The solution is to go into /Library /Application Support/ DSP55600 folder/ delete your patchmangerdb.cache file. This will fix the error (temporarily until there is a fix) . If other Mac users have this issue please report it in the discord support.

For all those hardware owners and users that want to emulate the "sound" of the DAC, just run the software out of your interface and back in again. With most interfaces that should add at least -96dB of noise floor and the additional aliasing that you're missing. Be sure to only run the plugin at 44.1/48kHz though or the degradation won't be authentic.
