I too am getting the GUI/XML error on standalone and the AU plugin.

After various tests (first uninstalling and then installing the new versions of the plugs), I can say that the cause of the graphical interface error is caused by the patch since in demo mode everything works perfectly. I used the patch from the previous release and it probably needs a fix. I don't have an ARM Mac but an Intel one (macOS Monterey) and maybe that's the reason why an error like that is generated once the .command files have been applied to crack the plug-ins. I haven't downloaded this release yet and I've no way of knowing if the patch has been updated. I wanted to avoid downloading almost 40 GB of data!

There is additional code in the patch and also some older patches create the same gui_xml error.

I've cleared a stubborn GUI/XML up I think by deleting first, once upon a time...

Also, this may help some of you who are terminal savvy:

Run this command on Terminal before using any Terminal Patches:
sudo chmod -R 777 /patch

Here's a script that iterates through and runs all the .command files in a directory. Create a file called runallcommands.sh and put this inside it:

set -e
for f in *.command; do
bash "$f"
done

Here's a script that iterates through and runs all the .pkg files in a directory. Create a file called runallpkgs.sh and put this script inside it:
#!/bin/bash
for pkg in $( ls *.pkg ); do
echo "Installing $pkg"
installer -pkg $pkg -target /
done

To keep it easy, just put the corresponding file in the correct directory where the command and pkg files reside and execute it.

To be as clear as possible:

1) Are the .command files of this release updated or are they the same as the previous release?

2) If they are new then we will patiently download 40 GB of data otherwise it would be best to avoid them as I have already written, even though I have an account on rapidgator.

It's a problem that has been known for some time (impossible to edit individual instruments on Analog Lab V and the lack of almost all available presets) but which I thought was overcome. So the answer to your question is yes as long as someone manages to modify the .command file of the Analog Lab V patch. I've already tried and failed miserably otherwise I would have already published it here with the modification.

This a major update, as Analog Lab V is now Analog Lab Pro, along with a few new instruments.. The script has to also be updated accordingly.. and for Intel too, hopefully •Fingers crossed we can get this working properly - Cheers

Just d/l from their website and use previous patches. You will need to translate the Aug Wooodwinds patch with textedit but everything works fine. Also. if you update AL, you will lose most presets, from 48k to like 19.8k in my case. You can easily revert to Trazor 5.6.1 to regain those presets..

Same. Bit of a nothing burger for Intel users. Maybe we will get a fix. Honestly though, Arturia is so hit and miss in my experience that once you have a solid working version, it is best not to rock the boat. V9 is working well so no biggie.

In Rosetta Mode at least, Not sure how anyone is getting this to work except that a few non updated of the plugins are the same version as we already have and may work, or some plugs may work here or there, but many do not and get the Gui error no matter what of the above suggestions tried. It needs an updated patch. Beware.

Currently, devs are coding for silicon chips, that's why all new apps don't run on intel. The only ones that continue to have compatibility are coded apps and plugins created up to a few years ago and unfortunately they will disappear over time.
