Working beautifully here on all machines, pointing to the same physical copy of the library and other files. On main rig, it asked to update the preset library when I clicked on Slate Digital, it did so, and now this and all other machines aren't asking it again. I had a few things not present in this installer, so I compared and made sure I didn't lose anything. So far, excellent, on and poppin' 100%.

Check to make sure you didn't place the ANA 2 folder to a location without full read and write permissions.

This post installs the VST3 to root. If you had a Sonic Academy folder before with the plugin in it, cut and paste the new one from root to over the old one inside the SA folder.

You could try saving this with Notepad, then renaming to ANA 2.settings, then placing it at (or over the one there now) %appdata%\Sonic Academy\ANA 2

After install, ANA 2 folder is 4.73 GB here, but I had a small amount of other stuff too. The plugins themselves add even more to the total size.

Works beautifully for me too (Win7) .
The vst3 landed up in 'Program Files/Common Files/VST3', not in 'Program Files/Common Files/VST3/Sonic Academy' where my older vst3 was (previous R2R install), so I moved it to that subfolder, replacing the older vst3.
I was asked once for preset update, now I have more than twice as many preset banks as I had before.

i dont know why people complaining about 5 GBs and 12 GBs of products or libraries
you can either stop bitching about size and find something else with all due respect
to everyone or buy external hard drive and add your big libraries to save space on local drives

laptop people always plan to know and get a better and bigger capacity laptops after 2010

on ther side of the coin ,its recommended to build a high end pc with large local drives
if you are a gamer/musician (2 externals drive one for games and other for music

ana2 is great synth and slate digital are fantastic mastering plugin IMHO

ye they bitch bout 3gb worth of a musicmakin synth and then go on and download some theater blockbuster in 8k quality 500gb 1h and half playtime , ppl are funny like dat sometimes

anyway amazing release , this and with the korg collection and vanguard 2 is a good synth layer , maybe phaseplant too

Please help, everything seems to be working fine except for Cutoff buttons in Filters section, I can move them but when release the mouse button they return to original position.
Happens with all patches, I have tried to clear settings on those buttons but issue persists.

No such issue here and I cannot reproduce. The usual: Make sure you have latest video driver from manufacturer, and not what Microsoft gave you with WIndows Update. Try different themes. You can also try closing all instances then trashing the settings file by renaming it to .BAK, then loading a new instance, to see how it gets on this way:

%appdata%\Sonic Academy\ANA 2\ | ANA 2.settings > ANA 2.settings.BAK

im runing this in cubase 11 pro,in a project with only ana no inserts
deep house detroit stab 3 preset
when i press keys on midi keyboard the audio performance meter goes to around 30-50 on average reading and can hit 75 on maximum reading

ok,my pc is from 2010 AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor,8gb ram,and running OS and cubase on ssd
is it just the pc and thats about right for age and spec? or is it possible a setting could help?
oh,i went into saffire mix control and changed buffer to 1024,the above readings are from that buffer size
