Well it was my experience that order did not seem to matter, but I have seen so many questions, warnings and advice about the order that i assumed I was just lucky.

works perfectly, thnaks.

In the Keyscape app, when I change a preset, the Master Gain return at High Level (more than 6dB), and I've gat saturation when I play with velocity. I don't find any option to lock this one when I change preset...
Any advice, an option I missed?

Thanks a lot for this! I just have any issue since updating, all of my Keyscape Sounds/Presets are present twice in the browser. Do any of you know how to fix that?

Something went wrong during installation. Most likely, something you did that were not supposed to. Delete the zmap.index in both Keyscape and Omnisphere. Reopen Keyscape and be patient while it rebuilds the database. Do same with Omnisphere.

Thanks for your help, I did that (search and deleted absolutely all zmap.index files) but it didn't work. It took a while to open omnisphere but it still rebuilt the files with the duplicates... Do you have any other idea? Thanks a lot!

Keyscape is running great under this patched DLL. I just can't get the Soundsource and Patches updates to run. I get this error: ""Installation Attributes file not found. Contact Spectrasonics customer support". I am heeding Pirate's advice. I am running the updates from the fully extracted .rar file and I have changed permissions on all files and folders of my drive where my STEAM directory sits and I still get the error. I am running the update executable as Administrator and Administrator has full control and is owner of every file where my STEAM directory is. They user I am logged into Windows as is a Administrator account. What in the world is missing? I know this has got to be stupid simple, especially because no one else is talking about this.

You are having a problem nobody else seems to be having, therefore, there is something wrong with your whole install as a result of user/system/ error. Im not going to clutter this thread with 100 instructions. If you want me to fix it for you, check your inbox. BTW< that "Administrator" account is not the "Super Administrator" account. It is a limited one. Are there attribute files inside the installers folders? They should be there.

The Problems with patches and soundsources seems to relate to the rapidgator links. In the rapidgator links ".InstallationAttributes.dat" are named "InstallationAttributes.dat"

Very interesting indeed. I was not the up-loader but just finished checking EACH ONE of the original uploads by NU DISCO. The "." in his Rapidgator link is where it should be. If that "." is missing, it is system/extractor related. Indeed, if it was otherwise, EVERYONE will be having the same problem. With that said, I can't vouch for mirrors. It could be that one of those who posted the mirrors did not upload the original file. Send me by way of PM the link you are referring to, and software you used to extract it.

Oh my gosh!!! That was it!! The "InstallationAttributes.dat" file was missing the "." I added the dot to make it ".InstallationAttributes.dat" and that was it!!! Like I said, it was something simple stupid. Just wondering why others are not reporting this.

Others are not reporting it because there is nothing to report. In other words, the problem is not one that occurs to everyone. Most likely, it is an individual's system/extractor related issue unless one of the mirrors is not an exact copy of the original uploaded file by Nu Disco. Finally, you should give thanks to @Protozo for providing you with THE solution. Showing gratitude goes a long way, more so if you have other problems in the future.

Hello..
First of all, thank you for Keyscape. The standalone works perfect and your job is amazing. But I encountered a problem !
Here's my problem : as I said, the standalone Keyscape works perfectly well, but the VST instrument shuts down everytime I try to copy the "answer" code generated.
I tried "a couple of times", as mentionned in the txt file : Keyscape Instructions. But no success..
Could someone help me figure it out ?

Hey all!
I would truly appreciate any help if anyone could be bothered!

Have installed the Software, Patch & Soundsource. Downloaded Keygen and have patched it successfully.

I'm on MAC.

These are the errors I get when opening the file.

"The steam folder does not have write permission. Change permissions on STEAM folder, and all STEAM subfolders, to include Write access"

----> I have selected STEAM folder and made administrator READ & WRITE and apply to all enclosed folders


"STEAM folder is not writable"

"Cannot load multi date because it is corrupted (Either from song or from multi file ") Try loading another multi from the multi browser"


Any help would mean the world and happy to offer some value back in any way!

Hey there, did you manage to solve your problem with Keyscape? I have the same issue, followed all the steps carefully but still getting these errors when opening the app (as standalone or as VST).

if you use a hackintosh you need to enable ethernet with the appropriate kext depending on your hardware (for me it was RTL8111) even if you only use wifi
otherwise you get a blank challenge code and won't be able to use KG
